Individual Therapy
Personal Therapy
What you are going through at the moment is not easy. Normalising your anxiety and exploring strategies to reduce stress, tackling negative thought patterns, and investing in self-care is key to managing your situation successfully.
My intention is to help you through what is a difficult time in your life, to help you manage life better, feel more resourced and increase your self-confidence and clarity so you can move forwards.
Counselling allows you to build up your self-awareness. To identify what is going on for you and to help you clarify the changes you want to make in your life and to find a way to make positive changes both externally and in your relationship with yourself.
If you would like, we could reflect on the past in order to make sense of your experiences today. Understanding how your potential could be held back through your past conditioning and what you may need to let go of or reclaim to be happier. The reason for spending some time talking about the past is to begin to make sense of why and what you may still be holding or what you have learned from your history. In having clarity around this, you can feel a sense of awareness that can change your pathway forwards.
However, the focus of our therapy sessions will really be on where you are now and where and how you want to be going forwards.
I offer a warm and empathic listening ear to support you towards something new. Together we can talk about practical ways to help you so you can live a more fulfilling, happier life - functioning in the way you want to be operating.
We can tackle it together.
The price Is £60 per counselling hour,
Session last 50 minutes.
Sliding scale offered to those experiencing financial difficulties.

Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy
Psychotherapy for couples is a professional therapeutic service that helps to overcome difficulties arising in an intimate relationship. It can be used by any couple who decides that they need external support for their relationship. In the Therapeutic Journey, it does not matter whether the couple is in a formal or informal relationship, what religion the partners or spouses are, nor does their origin, worldview, sexual orientation, or any other circumstances matter.
How often do you experience feelings of being hurt/used, feelings of emotional isolation, frequent misunderstandings and arguments due to communication problems, acts of aggression (both verbal and physical), episodes of emotional agitation (experiencing intense anger or fear), periods of depression, avoidance of a partner, doubting the good intentions of the other person, objectification of mutual contacts.
In Couples therapy, we also work on clearly defined goals through understanding and breaking those unhealthy patterns. The most important goals of therapy for couples leading to the improvement of an intimate relationship, communication and understanding (yourself and your partner)
strengthening bonds, mutual care and intimacy, and also accepting and dealing with each other's differences.
By using Integrative methods, the couple returns to the lost intimacy, but this intimacy is much more mature and lasting than the one from the initial period of the relationship, i.e. from the phase of falling in love. This more mature intimacy is based on trust and a healthy mutual attachment that allows you to satisfy the need for bonding while respecting the freedom and autonomy of both partners.
The price Is £85 per couple.
Sessions last 1.5 hours.

Group Therapy
Group Therapy
I offer work in groups of a maximum of 5 people. It is an intimate setting where everyone can have enough time and space to express themselves( of course, when and if they're ready). The ability to see that we are not alone in our struggles and that others go through similar experiences. Seeing a wider perspective but also feeling that we can help others using our own unique life experience creates a sense of being part of something bigger can be very powerful. Practising those social skills in how to communicate, resolve conflicts and become a better version of self in a productive, non-judgmental, and more assertive way will help substantially to ease that sense of isolation and propel us in rebuilding that self-confidence and understanding of who we are.
Group of minimum three - maximum five people
The Price Is £35 per person.
Session last 1.5-2h
